Aidan Durney is an Associate Partner/ Financial Advisor at Flynn Financial Partners, joining in 2025. Before joining Flynn Financial, Aidan led the Morgan Stanley NYC Advisory Sales Desk, covering all financial advisors across retail and private wealth management. In this role, he partnered with advisors to design customized investment strategies, implement portfolio solutions, and support the delivery of comprehensive financial planning for individuals, families, and institutions.
Before leading the Morgan Stanley Advisory Sales Desk, Aidan gained experience at Morgan Stanley across multiple areas of wealth management and distribution, building a strong foundation in client service, investment solutions, and advisor engagement. His professional focus has always been on helping advisors leverage the depth of institutional resources to meet the evolving needs of their clients.
Aidan graduated from Boston College in 2019, where he earned his undergraduate degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the Carroll School of Management. He competed as a Division I track and cross-country athlete and was President of the Student Athlete Advisory Committee.
He holds his Series 7 and 66 registrations.
Aidan resides in New York City and enjoys spending time with his friends and family, summers at the Jersey Shore, competing in marathons, and cooking.
