Mark has been working in the financial services industry since his move to New York in 1999. Mark has a particular focus on helping clients address their goals through an analytical, process-driven approach that is based on their particular investment philosophy and goals. At Flynn Financial Partners, Mr. Libersher serves as the group’s Chief Investment Officer, specializing in the design and implementation of asset allocation strategies for the group’s institutional and retirement plan clientele. He works directly with treasurers, institutional managers, plan sponsors and individuals to manage that their invested assets to help pursue and potentially exceed their goals.
Prior to joining Flynn Financial Partners, Mark was a Financial Advisor at UBS and worked for a separate, boutique asset and risk management firm. He graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Finance and Accounting from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business. Mark is series 7 and 66 registered with LPL Financial, and is Life and Health licensed. He earned the AIF® Designation from the Center for Fiduciary Studies in 2012. The AIF Designation certifies he has specialized knowledge of fiduciary standards of care and their application to the investment management process.
Mark lives in New York City with his fiancee and their dog, Goose. In his free time he enjoys rock climbing and watching baseball, especially the Chicago White Sox.
