We take the time to sit down together in order to understand your company’s goals and objectives. Nothing we do is “off-the-shelf”: our recommendations and solutions are customized to your company’s unique needs.
- Provider Due Diligence
We engage in a thorough, documented proposal process to identify the plan providers that are the best fit for your company.
- Investment Selection and Monitoring
As your plan’s partner, we utilize competitive proprietary research and analysis with complete objectivity in selecting and monitoring plan investments. We provide thorough reporting of investment performance and fund replacement recommendations. We also deliver an annual fiduciary review of your plan.
- Employee Education and Seminars
Our team conducts on-site enrollment and semiannual education meetings to make sure that employees make informed decisions and stay committed to them. Before talking about any specific investment options, we take the time to educate employees about cash flow and basic financial planning principles. If you don't have your budget under control, then chances are you're not going to be thinking about saving for retirement.
